“Have been doing MOT here for 3 years when I moved locally. No issues faced with them so far. £50 MOT for my car within around 40 mins - indoor waiting/seating area. No hidden fees as far as I can see. They let me know of any issues verbally which I take a note of. They fit me on my request last minute at 7:30 am today. All staff were polite to myself and others. Please note no ATM in walking distance to my knowledge so bring cash with you. On the phone and in person the service is quick and efficient. I tend to ask technical questions sometimes and they seem to be open and honest of what they can and can't do, which I appreciate.”

“I went to have my 🚗 MOT'ed at MERCIA as the previous owner had & the reviews read 👍🏼. I wasn't disappointed, even though the 🚗 has FAILED ☹️, as things I'd read were experienced. Booking was easy, via a 📞☎️ answered quickly by a friendly 🗣️ who was Jas. As the clock was ⏳ on expiry date, they fitted me in 2 days later, as I asked for. On day I was going to be late, so 📞 ahead to explain, & again a friendly 🗣️ said "no issues" which again was 👍🏼. Car was been attended to within minutes of arrival, & I was offered a steaming ♨️ Tea & a comfy warm waiting area, as I 🤞🏼 while watching Mo diligently do his inspection. Due to the rush & that I don't carry rear passengers, I forgot to clear out stuff on the back seats, which prevented access to Check Rear Seat Belt operation. But Mo politely explained & gave me time to move the stuff into the Hatch area. During that time I chatted to another friendly Guy, who was at a 💻 in Waiting Area, who introduced himself as the Co-owner Brother, Kelsey I 💭. It helped pass he time & reduce MY anxiety, as I know a +20yr old car is going to have issues, & this was my 1st MOT since I bought it some months earlier. So Mo the tester broke the news to be about some hidden corrosion, & showed me the areas that need repair. The other issues were a couple of ⚠️ lights on Dash, which he kindly tried to find the Error Codes for me thru the OBD port. He then noted ✍🏼 down what I needed to address, & I was given prices for the 2 LARGER REPAIRS that are required. I have a friend who is able to do the Welding job, but will have no hesitation in using MERCIA AUTOs to replace a broken rear Coil Spring next week. To sum up😊, before I run out of Characters & 📱🔋: an efficient*, friendly*, honest*, skilled*, knowledgable* Garage business imho that's 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🤐”

“Having very recently imported my vehicle from Japan; I needed the first MOT done so that i could apply for the registration(V55/5). I've called and stopped at numerous MOT garages over the last 2 weeks to get this organised and no-one has been up for the slightly out of the norm request. Mercia Autos fitted me in next day without any hesitation even though i called them quite late in the day. It was no issue to them at all to do the MOT on the VIN rather than the registration as per-normal. A hot drink was offered and everyone was friendly and happy to assist. If anyone has a imported vehicle and going through the MOT process for their V55/5, I cant recommend these guys enough - hopefully this comment directs you here if you google this! Thanks to the team and I will see you next time!”
